My teaching philosophy centers on creating an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to participate. With a deep commitment to continuous improvement, I incorporate innovative teaching methods and technology to make learning interactive and enjoyable. My goal is not only to impart knowledge but also to foster critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning in my students. Through personalized attention and a genuine interest in their individual growth, I aim to make a lasting positive impact on their educational journey.
Dear Students and Parents/Guardians, Becoming a good academic entrepreneur is a great challenge since it requires a lot of experience as well as professional commitment and honesty. It’s my pleasure to share that the members of team Siddhartha (SMC) are unique and are born teachers and entrepreneurs. I’m fortunate enough to get such a team endowed with unparalleled academic enthusiasm along with exemplary dedication and determination. Siddhartha Academy/ Multiple College attempts to provide occidental education blended with an oriental culture so that our students would get modern education while keeping their culture intact. I want to express my sincere thanks to our students, guardians and well-wishers for their immense support during these years and unwavering trust nurtured in SMC. If you opt and believe to choose SMC for value-based education, SMC is always ready to make you a part of its excellence. We believe in a blended internal curriculum though we are bounded to follow NEB and Neplease Universities curriculum, we are applying the common factor of many curriculums that are nurturing international mindedness, serving humanity, and save the planet to keep biodiversity intact to our students. We are applying principles to practices in teaching pedagogy. Workshop model and activities based teaching learning will be our center of attraction. We believe students should learn skills along with the study. We teach students how to learn and how to unlearn the learned things so that they get updated educational delivery as time and context demand. ‘’ Education is not to live life rather to build a life ‘’.
